In one snap, the supermodel, 37, struck a pose while donning black lace lingerie.
While in another, Ashley sported a white bra alongside white underwear.
It comes as the star recently made her Broadway debut in iconic musical Chicago.
She is stepping into the role of chorus girl and convicted murderer Roxie Hart.
Previous portrayers include Liza Minelli, Brooke Shields and Pamela Anderson – among many others.
Having begun her run on April 15, it will see Ashley perform in eight shows a week across six weeks.
Speaking to Vogue, the model admitted she initially "didn't like" her character.
Ashley added: "I thought, 'Oh, you're just out for all you can get.
"A narcissist, who killed somebody because you didn't get it your way.'
"Over time, I really felt endeared towards her.
"She's had so much heartache, but she's always been glass half full, a go-getter, which is what I try to do always."
Last year, fans praised Ashley for showing her "real" body in "refreshing" photos.
She encouraged fans to embrace their flaws with a photo dump on social media last year.
Ashley shared several photos on Instagram from an outing in Paris with her loved ones.
She donned a dark purple velvety-textured cross-neck mini-dress with emerald green hints for her social engagement.
Ashley's ensemble was completely backless and stopped around her upper-thigh area.
The brunette bombshell didn't enhance her beautiful pics with excessive filters or Photoshop.
