THIS retro soap opera star has barely aged a day since she first appeared on the US small screen.

The blonde bombshell is best known for playing trouble-maker Abby Cunningham on primetime soap opera and Dallas spin-off Knots Landing.

The star won the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Villainess three times in 1986, 1988, and 1989.

Looking fresh and glowing, US star Donna Mills turned heads on a night out after having dinner with a friend in West Hollywood.

The 84-year-old wore her long blonde hair down and curled with a dash of natural make-up.

Looking chic in a monochrome outfit, the star wore black knee-high boots, black trousers and a black suit jacket.

She accessorised with a black and white star-patterned shirt and matching handbag, with a necklace and earrings.

Speaking recently on the Knots Landing podcast We're Knot Done Yet, Donna opened up about plastic surgery with her former co-stars Joan Van Ark and Michele Lee.

Mills explained: "I think there's a certain point where it's really helpful, probably in your 40s. Then it lasts you longer.

"It keeps you younger-looking longer. Don't do it too much. If you do it too much, it's ugly and horrible."

She continued: "Back when I was in my 40s, on Knots Landing, yes, I did a lift," she said.

"And it was subtle, but it lasted, you know. And I haven't done anything since. Nothing since then.

"But, you know, that's why I say I think it's better to do it then and don't think about doing it anymore when you're older.

"Also, skin isn't as pliable when you're older, so you can get kind of pulled looking."

One of her old classmates was Jim Jacobs, the co-creator of iconic movie Grease, who based the character of Sandy on her and used her 'as his model'.

She previously told followers on social media: "Does the character Sandy from Grease look similar to me? Here's why!

"Did you know that I went to school with Jim Jacobs?"

"I didn't know it at the time, but I found out years later," she said.

"I was the original Sandy."

Hollywood beauty Donna Mills starred alongside Clint Eastwood in 1971's crime thriller Play Misty For Me as his girlfriend.

She also starred on Broadway in Woody Allen's comedy Don't Drink the Water in 1966.

She most recently appeared in Jordan Peele's 2022 horror movie Nope.
