JESY Nelson has given birth to healthy identical twins following her high-risk pregnancy.

Jesy underwent an emergency procedure on Thursday to welcome two baby girls with her boyfriend, Zion Foster, 26.

They arrived two months early, but have been described by the new mum as "healthy and fighting strong".

The star was previously diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a rare but serious condition in which blood flows unevenly between identical twins sharing a placenta – putting both babies at risk.

This has meant she has been frequently hospitalised, so doctors can make sure mum and babies are ok

Announcing her happy news, Jesy wrote on Instagram: "So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31weeks plus 5 days.

"It all happened so quickly, but we are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We've never felt more in love.

Introducing the twins, Jesy revealed their beautiful names, which are very unusual.

She added: "Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster.

"Born on 15.05.2025."

New dad Zion said: "My princesses are here. Thank you god."

Jesy had spoken emotionally about her pregnancy struggles having been taken by surprise over the TTTS diagnosis.

Explaining the rare condition, Jesy told fans at the time of her diagnosis: "The type of twins we are having are called mono/di twins and so normally most twins will have two placentas that they feed off of.

"But when you have mono/di twins, that means your twins live off one placenta which can lead to lots of complications – one of them being one baby might take all the nutrients which, and it's really awful to say, but could lead to both babies dying."

She underwent an undisclosed operation and was monitored by doctors with scans twice as week.

More recently, she moved into hospital to be under watch 24/7 and was known to be using a wheelchair.
