JUSTIN Bieber has once again sparked concern over his pale and gaunt appearance.
Looking paler than ever, the 30-year-old hitmaker could be seen at a Toronto Maple Leafs game with his wife Hailey, 28.

Continuing to leave fans worried for his health after sharing snaps of him using a bong, the Baby singer's appearance has now come under the microscope.
Sitting rink side at a hockey game at Scotiabank Arena, Justin could be seen grinning beside his wife.
Hailey was donning Toronto Maple Leafs merchandise and the team's colors, while Justin donned orange and red.
Rocking a strange hat atop his head, some sunglasses, and a huge grin on his face, Justin's face looked thin and gaunt.
His unusual appearance did not go unnoticed by his fans.
Reacting to a snap shared by NHL on Instagram, social media were quick to react to Justin's appearance.
One person said: "Dude looks unwell."
Another asked: "Is he sick?"
"Dude loooks messed up," said a third.
A fourth person then said: "What's up with bros face though?"
While a fifth added: "Sad to see Bieber is unwell."
And a sixth wrote: "OMG WTH happened to that guy."
WORRYING SNAPS
Just were weeks ago at the start of May, we reported that Justin had shared snaps on Instagram of him using a bong.
Sharing some photos from a trip away at a recording studio, one snap saw Justin's pal, Australian singer Eddie Benjamin, playing guitar.
