It was revealed today in court that the 29-year-old faces two new counts of sexual penetration without consent.

No plea has been entered for the two new charges.

A 10-day trial is set to begin on July 20, 2026.

The rapper has been on bail since October after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s.

The alleged rape took place in his hotel room on September 28 after a gig at a venue in the Perth suburb, Hillarys.

Filly was arrested in Brisbane and extradited to Perth by West Australian detectives on October 9.

In March, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of strangulation and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.

At the time, he was caught on camera leaving court confidently, telling reporters "good afternoon, good afternoon" in a nonchalant way.

While walking towards a car, he told reporters calmly: "I'm enjoying the weather man, it's a lovely day."

Filly was reportedly granted bail on $100,000 Australian dollars (£52,000) and with strict conditions.

The rapper also pleaded guilty to a reckless driving charge on December 5.

He was caught driving over 96mph on the Roe Highway on November 17.

These alleged offences took place while Filly was on tour in Australia.

He is known for working with Beta Squad, a group of YouTube stars, appearing on Soccer Aid, as well as The Great Celebrity Bake Off on Channel 4.

The internet personality has also appeared on several BBC shows.
