The coveted designer bag took pride of place on her left arm, with Kate leaving the clasp open for easy access to her beach essentials.
She was seen making her way away from the crystal-clear see waters up to a more hilly part of the beach in Formentera.
Kate was with look-a-like daughter Lila, who has followed in her modelling footsteps.
Later in the day, they were spotted taking a trip on a private boat.
