KATIE Price has told pals she's been left "overwhelmed" by the wave of support she's received online in recent weeks.
The 47-year-old star says messages from fans, particularly on TikTok, have given her a huge lift as she continues to focus on her mental health and family life.
Friends say Kate has been "touched" by the positive comments, with many praising her honesty about past struggles and applauding her for taking responsibility.
"She can really feel the tide turning," said a source.
"Kate knows she's made mistakes, but the fact people are recognising the progress she's made means the world to her".
The mum-of-five is now determined to keep moving forward with "dignity and strength", and insists the public support has given her fresh motivation to stay focused on what really matters.
Insiders say Kate's next chapter will be all about family, stability and recharging her life… leaving the drama firmly in the past and showing the public a calmer, more grounded side of herself.
Katie and Peter divorced in 2009 after four years of marriage.
In the years since, their relationship has been frosty but tensions have, for the most part, been kept private.
But earlier this month Peter claimed their kids Princess, 18, and Junior, 20, had been living with him since 2018 after a court order placed them in his care "for their safety".
A source later told The Sun: "Pete had to speak out now because things had just become unbearable.
"Katie lies and lies about Pete. The fact is, she went on her podcast and said that Princess lived with her and that's just not true.
"It's been a really difficult and upsetting time for the family – she's goading him and constantly speaking about him and none of it is true."
It followed repeated claims by Katie on her podcast that she had been banned from appearing in Princess's new series, The Princess Diaries.
Katie responded to Peter's public post on Instagram by sharing a a cryptic message about "saints and sinners" – calling herself a "sinner" but noting "some Saints are not who they would have you believe they are."
