Liam, 52, and Noel, 58, ended their 15-year feud for a series of huge summer gigs.

And a source said: "Liam wants to make Christmas extra special this year following their hugely-successful tour.

"He is hoping to get all the family together as they take a well-earned rest.

"Liam and Noel have loved seeing their own kids spend time together during their tour and would love to get everyone around the dinner table."

Last week, Noel told how "proud" he was of Liam.

Speaking to talkSPORT on Tuesday, he said: "Liam's smashing it, yeah.

"I'm proud of him. I've been fronting a band (High Flying Birds) for 16 years – I know how difficult that is.

"I couldn't do the stadium thing like he (Liam) does it. It's not in my nature. I've got to say, man, I look around and think, you know, 'Good for you, mate.'

"He's been amazing."

Football shirts worn by Oasis-sponsored pub team The Boltmakers Arms in Keighley, West Yorks, in 1995/96 are set to make £1,000 each at auction.
