CARDI B's boyfriend Stefon Diggs has been accused of fathering an Instagram model's baby in a new paternity case.
This comes after Cardi, 32, announced she is pregnant with the NFL star's child in a TV interview on Wednesday, September 17.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the 33-year-old social media model, who goes by the name Lord Gisselle on Instagram, first took Stefon to court when she was pregnant in December 2024.
"Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Stefon's] unborn child," the initial filing read.
Lord Gisselle, who also goes by GiGi, said she wanted legal and physical custody of the child, but she would allow Stefon, 31, visitation.
GiGi gave birth to the child, a girl, in April 2025.
The model named her Charliee, and gave her Stefon's last name.
In response to the suit, the New England Patriots wide receiver said he isn't certain the child is his, and he requested genetic testing.
He said: "The respondent contests that parentage is as alleged."
Stefon claimed if it's proven he is the father, he wants joint legal and physical custody of the baby.
He said he will also seek "joint payment of reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth and attorney's fees and costs."
GiGi's attorney exclusively told The U.S. Sun: "My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter."
An attorney for Stefon had no comment when contacted by The U.S. Sun.

SEPTEMBER 2025: On September 17, 2025, Cardi announced she was pregnant with Stefon's child.
Stefon also has a daughter, Nova, 8, from a previous relationship.
CARDI'S PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Rumors that Cardi and Stefon were in a relationship first started circulating in October 2024, and the pair confirmed the romance in May 2025.
Cardi shared the news of her pregnancy during an interview with CBS Mornings' Gayle King.
Cardi expressed her excitement over the pregnancy, saying, "I am actually very, I am excited."
She also opened up about her relationship with Stefon, adding: "We are in the same space in our careers. I feel like we're really great and we're the best in what we do. Me and him think the same way. We're one of the greatest, but what's next? We have to do it again, all the time."
She praised Stefon for making her feel "safe, confident, and strong," explaining how he supported her during a recent panic attack.
"Two weeks ago, I was literally having a panic attack, I was crying and crying and crying… He makes me feel very confident. It makes you feel like you could take over the world."
Cardi also promoted her new album, Am I the Drama?, which is set to drop on Friday, 19 September.
"Now that I talked about it, ya'll better get my album!" she joked.
On September 7, Cardi celebrated the first birthday of her daughter Blossom, her third child with ex-husband Offset.
Cardi also shares daughter Kulture, 7, and son Wave, 4, with Offset.
She filed for divorce from the rapper in July 2024 after seven years of marriage, just three months before giving birth to Blossom.
