COLEEN Rooney celebrated her boys' return to school, but some keyboard warriors tried to ruin the special moment.

Coleen, wife of ex-England footballer Wayne, both 39, posted a photo their four sons in their school blazers, ahead of the start of the school year.

But some 'mummy-shamers' said she should not show her kids in uniform[/caption]

Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six, posed in front of the family's sprawling home and lush estate, as their mum gushed about her lads.

She shared the series of photos to Instagram, and included one photo of the three youngest posing in their green school uniforms, then individual photos of the boys, including Kai in his blue blazer.

"The Boys all ready for the new school year after a great summer!! Good luck, do your best, we love you xx," Coleen captioned the post.

But some people were not impressed that Coleen shared the photos that showed the school's crest, saying people would be able to identify the educational institutes.

"Why on earth would you choose to advertise where your children go to school? Blows my mind that," wrote one person.

Another added: "Be careful incase people find out their school."

And a third wrote: "People can work out what school they go to by their blazers."

Others stepped in to defend Coleen and said the boys looked great.

The four boys have a great life with their famous parents from living in multi-million-pound mansions and  attending rather expensive private schools.

The youngest boys' school charges up to £3,776 per term in fees, which is nearly £11,500 annually, and with three kids enrolled that would land the Rooneys with a sizeable bill of around £34,500 per year.

Despite their sizeable wealth, Coleen and Wayne, still ended up at a McDonald's Drive-Thru on their honeymoon.

They tied the knot back in 2008 during a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy, but their honeymoon was far less fancy – heading out boozing in Las Vegas.

Speaking on his new BBC podcastthe Wayne Rooney Show, he recalled ending a night of heavy drinking at 7am with a craving for a burger.

The 120-time England international said: "We went to McDonald's, it was about 7am.

"As we're going the McDonald's was closed, so you could only go through the Drive-Thru.

"So I was actually pushing her [Coleen] in a shopping trolley. So you've got a car in front, you've got me with Coleen in a shopping trolley, and then a car behind us.

"So we're going through the drive-thru with this shopping trolley."

Wayne admitted he had a few drinks, recalling it was a "boss night".
