MUSIC producer Sidney "Omen" Brown, who worked with hit stars such as Beyonce and Drake, has died.
Brown, 49, was found dead in his New York City apartment.

His cause of death remains unknown as investigations continue.
Brown's body was found after his co-workers were concerned that he didn't show up to work, as per TMZ.
He had been working as a DJ at a bar in Harlem.
Family members have revealed he died suddenly.
"He was holistic and healthy," devastated sister Nicole told NBC News.
"So we don't know of him being sick, so this is all pretty sudden."
During his music career, Brown won a Grammy Award for his work on Ludacris' album Release Therapy, which was released in 2006.
He worked on Drake's 2010 song Shut It Down, which featured in his debut album Thank Me Later.
More than 440,000 copies of Thank Me Later were sold across the US within the first week of the album hitting the charts.
Brown received producing credits for Beyonce's 2013 track Mine, which also featured Drake.
Nicole has led the tributes to the music man.
She described him as her "movie buddy" and said he would've been delighted by Severance's performance at the Emmy Awards.
Severance picked up eight awards at the ceremony, which was held at Los Angeles' Peacock Theater on Sunday.
"We'd watch that all the time and chat about it," Nicole said.
And, the bar where Brown worked – Barawine Harlem – also paid tribute on social media.
"It is with great shock and deep sadness we have heard about the passing of our dear friend Omen Sidney Brown," the company said.
"Omen was a part of Barawine's team for over a decade bringing his unique talent to all."
Music star Dina Regine said Brown's death "hurts like hell."
"DJ Omen (Sidney "Omen" Brown) was not only a brilliant DJ who could work a dance-floor into a frenzy in a heartbeat, he was also an award winning producer for artists like Beyonce, Drake, Ludacris and Lil' Wayne," she said.
"He won a Grammy for his work. But to us, he was family, and the sweetest most humble man. Everyone adored him."
Regine revealed she and Brown had worked on tracks together.
"Rest easy my friend, we'll finish those songs on the other side one day," she said as she concluded her tribute.
