KIM Kardashian gets lippy as she shows off her hidden tattoo.
The American socialite and businesswoman, 44, revealed an infinity symbol on the inside of her bottom lip.
She had previously said "You should never put a bumper sticker on a Bentley" when talking about getting inked.
But billionaire mum-of-four Kim revealed her secret tattoo during an appearance on US chat show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Kim – who got the work done in 2021 after making her debut hosting Saturday Night Live – said: "I got it with all my friends.
"All my girls came and supported.
"I got it in my mouth so that no one would see it."
Kim recently posed topless in a revealing shoot for French Vogue magazine.
She wore only a pearl necklace and a pair of jeans, with the pictures tastefully shot.
