A MAFS star showed off her stunning SIX stone weight loss results as she posted for sultry OnlyFans promo snaps.
Gemma Rose Barnes, who appeared on the E4 hit reality show in 2022, stripped down for topless pictures to promote her profile on the adult entertainment site through her Instagram story.

The salon owner, 34, who was paired with groom Matt Murray before he cheated on her with co-star Whitney Hughes in explosive scenes, cut a slender frame in the new snaps as she offered fans a 50 per cent discount on her OnlyFans.
On the revealing pics, she wrote the caption: "3 years later and im still here [heart emojis]."
She used her hands to cover her breasts, with her myriad of tattoos on full display while showing off her small figure.
In another snap, she wrote: "50 [per cent] discount", as she linked her OnlyFans account, where her bio warns of "explicit" material.
It also says she posts frequent solo and B/G [boy and girl] content, while also being "Fetish Friendly".
Gemma's drastic weight loss journey comes after she went under the knife in Turkey back in 2023, where she had a gastric sleeve fitted.
At the time, she opened up about her surgery, which she said 'changed her life'.
Gemma said: "I prioritise protein when I eat, (most of the time) we are all human and I still crave certain things.
"Getting used to this new way of life and the mental struggles of fast weight loss.
"I aim to loose a stone and a half more I may loose a little more but I will gain again after as my portions increase in time.
"The sleeve is a tool, trust me you can stall in weight loss and there are certain foods you can eat lots of like chocolate and crisps so it's not fool proof but I try and utilise this as much as possible.
"This has been once in a lifetime for me."
Gemma described her experience with Matt on the show as "toxic" and said she "wanted to die" after the broadcaster aired an 'untrue' storyline about her "masturbating in a restaurant".
In 2022, she told the Mail: "I had multiple panic attacks. I feel like I didn't sleep because I would wake up just as exhausted as I did when I went to bed.
"It was the worst experience of my life. I felt trapped. We weren't being held hostage but if you said 'I have to go now' – I wouldn't call it manipulation but there was coercion on their side to convince you to stay.
"At what stage will someone's mental health come before making a TV show? I told my mum that I wanted to die. It was horrible. They cut out words and made it look like I was masturbating in a restaurant."

But it seems Gemma has firmly put the MAFS saga behind her – as she's moved on with a new man.
The hairdresser is now engaged to Devon resident Jordan Bishop, who she's been dating since 2023 – a year after appearing on the show.
The couple share a daughter named Zaria together, while Gemma is also mum to two boys from a previous relationship.
