Rachel reflected on recent months and those 'people who leave'

Rachel said: "Everything happens for a reason. The highs. The lows.

"The wins. The losses. The people who come in. And the ones who leave.

"None of it is random.

"Every moment carries a lesson. Every lesson is guiding you closer to your purpose.

"So when life feels heavy, pause, breathe and remember – there's meaning in this too."

She shared a photo of herself as she reflected on recent months.

Rachel captioned it: "Hey all. Hope you're having a great week here are a few wise words and quotes that have really resonated with me recently. I wanted to share for anyone who may need need to hear this, sending love."

The Bring It All Back hitmaker shared a number of other meaningful quotes to explain how she feels.

One read: "I'm proud of the progress you're making no matter how small."

Another post said: "One of the best boundaries you can have is simply not letting other people's energy bring down your emotions.

"Living in your peace when you come across those who want you to join them in their storm is a sign of deep maturity."

She also shared this quote: "And sometimes we have to remind ourselves: that we are no responsible for other people's poor behaviour towards us, or their gaslighting, or their manipulation, or their unkindness. That's on them.

"What's on you, is how you choose to respond, set boundaries, know your worth, and not let their actions impact the beautiful soul that you are."

While the singer also posted a pointed message, saying: "For the right people, you won't need to perform to keep your seat at the table – you speak and you're heard – it's really that simple."

Among the number of inspirational quotes, Rachel insisted she will never be "too much" and said it's not her fault that someone let her down.

It read: "I wish more people understood that someone's inability to love you is not proof that you are unlovable, but often proof of their own limits, their own wounds, their own nervous system story."

Rachel concluded the series of quotes with some uplifting messages about being in a "new era" and "choosing her mental wellbeing" above anything else.

She posted this on her grid, which said: "Be her. Be the woman who knows the grass is greener wherever she stands, because she brings value to every space she enters."

Rachel added: "In my 'let them' era. Let them judge you, let them misunderstand you, let them find 'better', let them gossip about you, let them lose you, let them."

STAR SPLIT

The singer separated from American pro Brendyn just nine months after branding him her "soulmate".

Sources claim the pair drifted apart – and struggled to reconcile their "blended family".

News of the separation comes three years on from the end of her marriage to childhood sweetheart, Alex Bourne.

A friend said: "It is incredibly sad and a relatively recent thing.

"Both Rachel and Brendyn felt there was no way forward for them.

"Rachel recently took herself to Marbella with her two daughters to get some much-needed headspace, and Brendyn and his young son have now moved out of the family home into a flat.

"There is still a lot of affection there, and no regrets.

"But it isn't easy trying to make a blended family run seamlessly and in the end, tensions between Rachel and Brendyn got too much and they don't ever want to row in front of their kids who remain their priority.

"It is obviously a huge transition for Rachel who has efefctively been in a relationship for the past two decades – but she will doubtless be inundated with offers now she's back on the market.

"It is heartbreaking but Rachel and Brendyn hope to maintain a friendship."

The couple first went official with their romance in November 2022.
