SPIDER-Man Tom Holland is pressing pause on his web-slinging for a fortnight – after some real-life drama on set left him with concussion.
Insiders on the next instalment of the franchise said work has been suspended for two weeks to allow Tom to recover from a knock to the head.

Those close to the British actor said they are proceeding with caution.
A source explained: "The accident wasn't as bad as people think.
"A line snapped on a pull ring and he got a bump on his bonce. Filming was supposed to start again in London on Thursday, but for now the production team have been told to stand down for two weeks.
"Tom has been taking it easy as he had a suspected concussion and no one wants him to rush back to set.
"Everything has been going great guns, so this is just a minor setback.
"And the delay in filming won't affect the release date, scheduled for July 31 next year. They just want Tom back to feeling his best."
I revealed in July that work on Spider-Man: Brand New Day was going to kick off in Glasgow, before the production would move to London.
My friends in our office north of the border were treated to a week of watching Tom's stunt double swinging down the roads, while the man himself made an appearance in his costume, right, in the city last month.
Glasgow was transformed into New York for the film, with the production also shooting at Pinewood Studios in London.
After this delay, Tom, alongside his fiancée and co-star Zendaya, will begin work on the film in the capital early next month.
I was the first to reveal that the production had ground to a halt earlier this week after Tom's bump to the head.
On Saturday night, his dad Dominic, who was attending a charity dinner in London's Mayfair, confirmed there had been an accident.
He revealed his son would be away from filming "for a while".
Elsewhere, Tom put his health scare to one side to support his siblings at the 3rd Annual Brothers Trust Posh Pub Quiz.
He and Zendaya were seen among a group of people at the black-tie bash in a snap shared on Sunday night.
I'm wishing Tom a speedy recovery.

Maya frilled with £2.5 million
LOVE Island host Maya Jama is cashing in on showbiz success, with her most lucrative year to date.
I've learned the presenter, who wore a busty black tasseled dress and shades to a London Fashion Week party on Monday, got £2.5million thanks to her brand deals and telly work.

She has seen assets in her firm MIJ & Co Entertainment jump by £800,000 to £2.6million.
But she forked out £570,326 in tax.
There is more cash still to come.
ITV chiefs are hoping to tempt Maya into staying on as Love Island presenter with a deal reputed to be worth nearly £2million a year.
Impressed execs are desperate to keep hold of her amid tempting offers from streaming services such as Netflix.
Meanwhile, her beauty firm MIJ Masks now has net assets of £313,381, up by £75,000 from 2023.
Sales of her face masks and eye patches are booming, with profits up nearly 25 per cent last year.
And with Maya now loved up with Portuguese footballer Ruben Dias, things are certainly looking good.
With so many offers coming her way, I won't be surprised if Hollywood is next, and then she'll really be raking it in.

A$ap: We want tot to be a girl
A$AP ROCKY is keen for his girlfriend Rihanna to have a daughter as she gets ready for their third child.
He told Elle magazine: "I hope it's a girl. We're praying for a girl. I feel like it's going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two."

The couple have sons Rza and Riot, after prioritising their family over music.
Rihanna's last album was 2016's Anti, while A$AP's was Testing in 2018.
Joking about how their fans are mad at them for not releasing music, he added: "She's like, 'Your fans might want to kick your a** as much as my fans wanna kick my a**. What saves me is I'm pregnant most of the time.'"
Robbie tour after big demand for little gig
ROBBIE WILLIAMS is about to embark on his most intimate tour ever.
The Rock DJ singer says the response to his upcoming gig at Dingwalls in Camden has been so great that he's now planning a mini UK version.

The venue in North London has a capacity of 500, worlds away from the stadium tour he's just completed.
He has promised to play his 1997 album Life Thru A Lens and new record Britpop in full at the show on October 9.
But Robbie said: "Holy moly, what an incredible response to the Long 90s show in Camden.
"But hold tight. I am chatting to the team and we are going to bring it on the road as soon as we can.
"More dates, more music. Big love."
It comes after Robbie was forced to delay the release of his 13th studio album, Britpop, over fears that Taylor Swift's The Life Of A Showgirl would end his record-breaking No1 streak.
The album will be released next year, but these intimate gigs should appease fans.
Ab Fab night for Jo and Jen
JENNIFER SAUNDERS and Joanna Lumley have an Absolutely Fabulous reunion, almost a decade after the sitcom ended with a feature-length film.
The pair sat on the front row at Burberry's London Fashion Week show on Monday evening, just as their showbiz characters might have done in the BBC favourite.

Unfortunately for us, they were on their best behaviour, so there was no downing champagne, no chatting up the models and certainly no crashing the catwalk like Eddie and Patsy.
Perrie pain at losing Jesy as pal
PERRIE EDWARDS says the end of her friendship with Jesy Nelson was like "losing a limb".
She was devastated when Jesy quit Little Mix at the end of 2020 without telling the other members, and they haven't spoken since.

Talking about an upcoming song called Same Place, Different View, which is about the experience, Perrie told Glamour UK: "It's about a friendship that I once had, that I no longer have. We talk about break-ups and heartbreak, but we don't normally talk about friendships that break down. And it was like losing a limb.
"I was with her every day. We lived in each other's pockets. We were the best of friends, we were so close, did everything together.
"To then not have her in my life any more was a big thing for me. I found it really hard to adapt."
Perrie added: "There's some home truths, but still that element of hope."
