GEMMA Collins insists she'll NEVER be thin – despite "life-changing" fat jabs curing her obsession with food.

The reality TV star, who is a poster girl for shapely women, now only eats one meal a day after a two-decade battle with her body.

However, the 45-year-old Towie icon refuses to lose her famous curves, telling The Sun: "Nothing against skinny people, but I don't ever want to be thin."

She added: "Darling, I became most famous being who I am.

"If I got stick thin overnight, it would kill my brand, my endorsements and it wouldn't be me.

"I've become successful being who I am and I'm not going to change that for anyone. I'm really not.

"God's made me as I am and now I just embrace my natural body size. I love my hips. I love my curves.

"I'm never going to be thin and I've made peace with that. Everyone needs to accept it."

Gemma opened up about the pressures of being slim in the public eye at the launch of Paddy Power and The Hippodrome Casino's Paddy's Sportsbook last night.

Having struggled with weight gain since being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome aged 28, Gemma weighed in at over 23st and a size 26 at her heaviest.

She started the NHS-approved Mounjaro weight loss jabs in November 2024 and although she would prefer to keep her current weight private, has shed more than three stone.

Gemma says it has totally changed her relationship with food – and she's now focused on how her size impacts her health instead of just about being how she looks.

Gemma – who has dated the likes of James 'Arg' Argent – added: "I'll tell you what, I've never had an ugly man. Men love me as I am. Never had one ugly boyfriend in my life. I'm a very attractive woman.

"I love myself and I've got no shame in saying that.

"I don't care about anyone's opinion of me. I was unapologetically me on Towie and I'm still unapologetically me now at 45 years old. I just don't give two s***s anymore.

"For me, taking the jab is more about helping me not to fixate on food, so I actually only eat once a day now and don't snack. I used to fascinate about food all day, but now it's not a major player in my life anymore, I've forgotten all about it.

"If I get a bit hungry, I'll have something to eat, but it's just about making smarter choices.

"The jabs aren't for everyone but it's a life changing drug for some people if it's taken correctly and not abused. It has helped me a lot."

Gemma celebrated the UK's first fully-licensed Sportsbook housed in London's Leicester Square last night, having been made the new face of Paddy Power earlier this year.

She joined fellow brand ambassadors Peter Crouch and Danny Dyer on the green carpet for the glitzy occasion, with jockey Harry Cobden and world champion boxer Shannon Courtenay.

The state-of-the-art venue, themed around Ancient Rome, has been purposefully designed to deliver an exceptional live sports and entertainment experience, with seating for 120 guests across private booths, high-top tables, and comfortable lounge chairs, all offering outstanding visibility of sports action on 50 high-definition screens.

Gemma said of joining the Paddy Power family: "Paddy Power is the right fit for me. It's loud, it's proud, it's all about having fun and not taking life too seriously. Plus I like the colour green and I love the Irish.

"Obviously, times did change after Covid and it's just about bringing that old school party back again with this new venue.

"I love the fact that we can come to a casino and get super glammed up with your best wear on to have fun with your friends."
