A BRIT-award-winning singer has been forced to cancel his upcoming tour following doctors orders.
The Rugby-born star, who won a Brit Award for best British male in 2007, has opened up about his health battle.


The star has sold millions of records ever since he first emerged in 2006 with his triple-platinum debut album Undiscovered.
The You Give Me Something chart star was hoping to start a fresh chapter of his life and mark a welcome return to music – but has given fans upsetting news instead.
Singer and guitarist James Morrison, 41, is currently meant to be on his Fight Another Day world tour which kicked off last month in the UK.
He was in the middle of promoting his upcoming album of the same name that dropped on October 3rd.
Musician James wrote on Instagram Stories: "I've been advised that I'm not well enough to perform the remaining dates of my instore tour.
"It breaks my heart as I was so looking forward to playing for you all.
"I'll be working with my team to reschedule the show as soon as possible. Please keep an eye out for a new date. Thank you so much for your understanding and support."
The singer has cancelled gigs in areas including Bristol, London, Nottingham and Liverpool.
The 41-year-old recently revealed he's found love again following the tragic death of his wife.
The You Give Me Something hitmaker shares two children with his former spouse Gill Catchpole, who passed away last year at the house she shared with the singer and their two daughters in Whitminster, Gloucestershire.
Her and James met when he was only 17, before his rise to fame.
She was 23 at the time and had a boyfriend called John, but after they called it quits her and James's love began to blossom.
The pair got engaged in 2012 and they were together for almost two decades.
The Broken Strings vocalist has seemingly found happiness with travel influencer Mariel Jones, a self-confessed "adventurer", who has proudly featured the musician on her Instagram page.
The well-known singer recently brought his daughter on stage to duet his most popular track from the 2000's.
The gut-wrenchingly emotional ballad, in collaboration with Nelly Furtado was everywhere, and is largely responsible for making James's name in the music industry.
Now nearly two decades since its release in 2008, James brought his daughter Elsie, 17, onto the stage in Manchester to sing Nelly's lines.
Fans of James were delighted to hear how talented Elsie is, praising her vocal ability and remarking on how she's following in her father's footsteps.
