And even Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, couldn't resist getting in on the act.
Rita, 34, opted for a cut-out black dress at the bougie BoF 500 gala — before channelling her fashion idol Kate Moss in a leopard print jacket and tiny PVC shorts for the Sugaar party.
The gala celebrates the definitive list of the most influential people in fashion, with Kim, 44, showing off her curves in skintight white dress and sporting a pixie cut bob.
She later lived up to her racy reputation by ditching her clothes altogether in favour of a faux fur coat and heels.
German model Heidi Klum, 52, switched things up with a bizarre 3D poncho and catwalk-esque sheer minidress complete with Tudor-inspired shoulder pads.
Meanwhile, Meghan attended the Balenciaga show in an all-white look before changing into an all-black outfit later in the evening.
It was the first time Meghan, 44, has been in Europe in two years.
