BST Hyde Park festival has been cancelled tomorrow night after Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) pulled out of the headline slot.
Jeff, 77 , who was due to headline on Sunday, is unable to perform his final show on the advice of doctors following a "systemic infection" – and the decision was made to axe the whole event.

A statement from organisers said: "Following the news that Jeff Lynne's ELO will not be able to perform at BST Hyde Park due to medical reasons, Sunday 13 July's event will sadly be cancelled.
"Ticket holders will be refunded and contacted directly by their ticket agent with further details."
It added: "Tonight's performance marks the final night of an incredible edition of BST Hyde Park and we look forward to seeing everyone next year."
The news did not go down well with fans and one person questioned: "So is the whole day cancelled?"
Another commented: "So disappointing as we have been looking to this for so long. But the main thing is to wish Jeff a full and speedy recovery."
Earlier today a statement was released regarding Jeff's health and explained that he was unable to perform what was due to be his last ever show.
It said: "Jeff Lynne is heartbroken to report that he will not be able to perform at tomorrow's BST Hyde Park show.
"Jeff has been battling a systemic infection and is currently in the care of a team of doctors who have advised him that performing is simply not possible at this time nor will he be able to reschedule.
"The legacy of the band and his longtime fans are foremost in Jeff's mind today – and while he is so sorry that he cannot perform, he knows that he must focus on his health and rehabilitation at this time."
Speaking ahead of the show, Jeff had spoken about how much he had been looking forward to it.
He said: "My return to touring began at Hyde Park in 2014. It seems like the perfect place to do our final show.
"We couldn't be more excited to share this special night in London with our UK fans. As the song goes, 'we're gonna do it One More Time!'"
Other acts who were due to perform tomorrow include The Doobie Brothers, Steve Winwood and Dhani Harrison, W. H. Lung, Cats in Space, High Fade, Neckbreakers, Bobbie Dazzle and Bec O'Malley.
It comes after the rock band, best known for their hit song Mr Blue Sky, pulled out of a performance at Manchester's Co-Op Live, due to take place on July 10.
Thousands of fans waited for the group to take to the stage before they received written notes and were told that the legendary band cancelled their show at the last minute and would not take to the stage.
The group embarked on a huge farewell tour earlier this year that was first announced in October 2024.
The tour was meant to culminated at BST tomorrow night – with Jeff saying goodbye for the final time.
The star had previously battled with a broken hand whilst performing with the group on his farewell concerts.
