SINGER Lewis Capaldi has been spotted meeting and greeting fans on the London Underground despite his huge £7.5m fortune.

The Scottish singer could be seen posing away with fans at the North Greenwich tube stop ahead of his sold-out gig at the O2 Arena.

Those getting off at the station to head to Lewis' gig at the venue were left stunned to see the singer also hanging around the tube station where he stopped to take some snaps with the members of the public.

The 28-year-old was left instantly impressed with a sign dedicated to him at the tube station.

Designed by All On The Board, the organisation creates new signs daily to mark numerous occasions and often features a sign dedicated to whoever is headlining the O2.

Lewis chatted to All On The Board's founders, Ian Redpath and Jeremy Chopra, and took a snap with them in front of his specially created board.

They captioned their snap: "It was so wonderful to meet the legendary @lewiscapaldi."

Lewis has earned bags of cash since his music career took off in 2019.

He has since played epic sets at Glastonbury Festival and has released a string of chart hits.

Off the back of his success, he has been able to splash out on a stunning £3million pad in Hampstead – close to fellow singer, Harry Styles.

A source told The Sun in April 2024: "Lewis has found a home for life here and everyone loves him. He is a regular in a few of the local pubs and has got great banter with the locals.

"Lewis is a big football fan and has said he'd be keen to get involved if the chance came up.

"He's got a load of famous mates like Harry Styles, in the area, and Liam Gallagher and Patrick Kielty live nearby too, so he could band together a whole team to take on the locals."

Lewis recently revealed he would be playing a huge headlining festival gig next year off the back of his current arena tour run.

The Before You Go hitmaker, 28, will return with his biggest ever UK and Irish headline shows for next summer.

Lewis will be headlining at American Express presents BST Hyde Park next summer.

He will be following in the steps of some huge names like Sabrina Carpenter, Pink and Kylie Minogue who have also headlined.

This will be part of a brand new summer tour seeing him headline outdoor-only venues.

Lewis will be kicking off his tour at Dublin's capacity Marlay Park on June 24.

He will take on eight huge outdoor headline shows travelling to Limerick, Exeter, Cardiff, Leeds and Belfast.

He'll be performing at the American Express presents BST Hyde Park on Saturday, July 11th, before ending his summer shows in Manchester.

Lewis is currently on a 200,000-ticket sold-out 17 date UK and Ireland tour, which runs through throughout September 2025.
