BLACK Deer In The City festival has been forced to cancel their entire two-day music event, just days before it was set to take place.
The hybrid event usually features Americana music, Southern-style food, as well as bars and other street food and was supposed to be taking place on October 25 and 26.

Organisers took to the Black Deer Instagram to share the sad news with a lengthy announcement.
They wrote: "It is with great sadness and regret, that Black Deer has to announce the cancellation of Black Deer In The City on the 25th and 26th October 2025.
"We wanted to ensure everyone attending, had a truly authentic, enjoyable and wonderful Black Deer experience, whether that was discovering and enjoying our 60 artists, amazing chiefs, dance hall experience and new artisans, within a new spectacular setting.
"In an increasingly difficult market for independent event organisers and related event expenses, significant cost of living considerations for all and ticket sales that have simply not reflected our expectations, all of which have adversely affected the delivery of the event and impacts significantly upon the experience we would wish to present."
The post continued: "Our ticket agent will be reaching out to all those who have purchased tickets in the coming few days, to arrange refunds of those tickets purchased, as set out in our terms and conditions.
"We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard and supported our endeavours – artists, suppliers, artisans and all our supporters and their respective teams," they signed off.
Artists including AGS Connolly, Alabama 3 Acoustic, American Aquarium, Beau Bennett and Ella Spencer were all set to perform across the two-day event.
The festival was supposed to take place at Tobacco Dock in East London, just a short walk from Shadwell tube station, which serves the London Overground and Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
General tickets started at £84, with weekend and VIP tickets also being available for those were planning on attending.
Tickets became available on August 27 as organisers shared event information on Instagram.
They wrote: "The festival spirit is coming to London. For the very first time, Black Deer in the City is taking over Tobacco Dock London on 25 & 26 October and you can expect TWO unforgettable days packed with everything you love about Black Deer.
"Over 60 artists across 70 stages, from the iconic Roadhouse to Black Deer Live, Haley's Bar, SupaJam Sessions and more, bringing Americana's finest sounds to the heart of London."
The organiser's regular Black Deer festival has been running since 2018 and takes place in Eridge Park on the Kent-East Sussex border.
Previous performers have included the likes of Sheryl Crow, The Pretenders, Bonnie Raitt and Van Morrison.
The event, which focuses on Americana music, attracted 5,000 people in it's first year in 2018, with the capacity being expanded to 10,000 since then.
Americana music blends together various traditional American music styles including folk, country, blues, gospel and bluegrass, thus creating a unique and distinctive sound.
